With a handmade, tailored hike or nature walk, criteria such as age, abilities, time limitations, interest, seasons and length of hike are met as well as any other criteria you wish to explore. Whether you are a Camper, Nature Photographer, or day/weekend Hiker or enjoy nature walking, Mountain Guide, a knowledge-based outfit, can assist in identifying a mountain range that best meets your needs and personal interest.

So, if you are interested in enjoying the mountain forest away from the over-run tourist trails, boom-boxes and "follow-the-leader" crowds, then below are some of the possibilities awaiting that are included on remote hikes or nature walks.

RATES for a handmade, tailored... Nature Walk or Hike:
(most of our outings are away from the crowds and tourist areas)
Half Day: 4 Hours (Morning or Late Afternoon Nature Walks, Hiking, Night Hiking & Orienteering)
$17/Hour: 1 person (4hr. min.)
Add $20 for 2nd person (same as $11/hr. each)

Full Day: 6-8 Hours (Daytime Hiking Only)
$16/Hour: 1 person (full 6-8 hours)
Add $20 for 2nd person (same as $9.25/hr each)

Special: 3 Hour Rates - Must be within 15 miles driving distance (Nature Walks, Hiking & Night Hikes)
(late afternoon for hiking and night for night hiking)
$15/Hour: 1 person (3 hours)
Add $15 for 2nd person (same as $10/hr. each)

Hiking will be on trails, old Forest Service roads and on occasions, no trails or roads. Most hikes are at places where there is complete silence and solitude giving an experience the Colonists and Settlers may have felt in the 1600 and 1700s. Completely natural. So plan to join us away from the follow-the-crowd, barking dogs, boom-boxes and other city noises that accompany most hikers and nature lovers as they walk and hike the high-profile ridges with other tourist.
